MEET OUR TEAM

Will Thompson  is an author, entrepreneur, executive coach, professor and currently serves as the Chief Engagement & Strategy Officer for two minority owned businesses. He is President of Compass Consulting, based in Baltimore,MD and the Carolinas. 

Alisha serves along side our CEO. From Atlanta, GA and studied at Voorhees College and UMBC. Alisha leads our event and grounds teams.

K-Tron researches, writes, proofreads, and edit all media content, implement and manage media campaigns, and deliver public relations and communications plans.

William hails from Baltimore, MD and leads our strategy, research and development teams. Will studied at Howard University and manages contracts and staff development. 

Shay hails from Annapolis, MD and is a logistics lead at Compass Global. She is an thought leader, author and entrepereuer.

Oscar hails from Berkley, CA and studied at the George Washington University Graduate School of Political Management. He leads our media and information systems teams. 

Krashawn is responsible for all aspects of content, which includes development, design, production, presentation, evaluation and analysis, to name a few. They will use data and feedback from users to help evaluate and enhance the value of a set of written materials and websites.

Jon hails from Pine Bluff, AR and studied at Texas Southern and Howard University. Jon leads our efforts for high level strategy, marketing and research. 

Jiahana is the point of contact for assigned customers. Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts. Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion. She is also our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer.
